The manager Joni I think her name was went to another employee and started bad mouthing my children for no good reason I tried to bring it to her attention if there was a problem then she could come to me or my wife and say something but she argued saying that I was not professional and did not have a professional appearance I wish that something could be done about this and the store would be fine.. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said that she was the supervisor so I hope someone can fix this rude woman working at this store
One thing for sure, the manager doesn't manage. This store looks like a hurricane made its way in. Maybe the employees brought their kids to work and had a free-for-all. Regardless, it's pitiful. And extremely unfriendly. Nasty nasty
The sales and coupons are good but the prices seem to have doubled so I'm actually paying about the same price unless my choice happens to be a YES! Item or end in .98, in which case Im forced to pay top dollar. (These are usually the better quality items.)
Since Stage has taken over I've been very disappointed in several ways. During my last few visits I've found the store front filthy, with trash and debrie all over the sidewalk and employees outside taking smoke breaks. It's as if the store manager never comes in the front door. I've also found them to be very short staffed with never enough people to help or even to unlock dressing rooms when needed. Our local store is also very hot, especially in the dressing rooms. I actually had to leave the store without making the purchases I needed. I suspect these issues stem from the management's attempt to save a few dollars? In reality.I feel they are losing business.
The bathrooms at this particular store where disgusting. A few of the employees where out of uniform. The staff never said anything word .
Clothing, shoes, & house wares. The employees are helpful and friendly.
