Horrible customer service and complete unprofesionalism and disrespect to patient
ER doctors are horrible and gave me a medication I told them would make me have seizures. They argued and said it wouldn't cause seizures. I had a seizure and fell off the bed and hurt my shoulder.
I'd give 0 if I could! Worst hospital I have ever been too! Completely incompetent! I was discharged with a uti after having rectal bleeding abdominal pain that radiates to the back and vomitting. Never in my life have I ever had a uti that caused this much pain or rectal bleeding.
Everyone was nice and respectful, but no one really gave a damn about my pain, I mentioned it several times and it was never adressed. It's really tragic and ridiculous that here in America ppl have really ruined pain management because of prescription drug abuse. So now ppl who are in real pain are made to suffer or to be looked at as drug seekers. Really angers me. I won't be returning here. It's really degrading when u say u r in pain and the dr. and nurses look at you like you are faking or just want pain meds. Maybe when they r in pain and ibuprofen and tylenol arent enough; they get treated the same way and degraded for being in pain, they will see how bad it feels, on top of the pain u r already in!!!
Have had 2 misdiagnosis here, on myself from the er. Very very lengthy wait time in er. Was also informed 3 times they can't treat children to take my Grandson somewhere else.
